Carpet Cleaning

Last summer, a buddy of mine and I went to Austin TX to do some real estate  investments and our primary goal was to flip a house and make some cash.  So we spent the entire summer in Texas.  We looked around and found a decent fixer upper in our price range and began applying everything we had learned and read about in reference to buying, fixing and ultimately selling a property.

Once we bought the place, we began the cleaning/fixing process by getting help from a professional Carpet Cleaning Westlake to clean and or replace the worn out carpeting in the home. We then moved on to the kitchen which had a marble counter top that was really dirty, so we looked for marble cleaning tips to help us polish that marble to a new look, which we did.

I think our biggest challenge was getting all that nasty pet odors out of the house.  Thankfully, we were able to find the professionals needed at  http://www.thesteamteam.com/austin-carpet-cleaning/ to get the job done in a timely and cost effective manner.  Their service was great and their pricing was extremely fair.  We will defiantly use them again if we need to. Good work at a good price.  A great combination.

Seeing the Broadway version of Mary Poppins

Guest post written by Martha Brewer

If there’s one thing that I love, it’s a really good play. Now, I don’t get to go and see a ton of them, but I really jump on the opportunity when I can. So when I heard from my husband that he was planning on taking me to New York for our anniversary this summer, I demanded that we go and see a Broadway play. It ends up that he was planning on taking me to one of them anyway.

While I was online checking out which plays were currently on there and deciding what I wanted to see, I ran across some info on a digital hearing aid. I showed it to my husband and talked him into fitted fitted with some, which I think he’s needed for quite a while now.

We ended up seeing the Mary Poppins Broadway version and brought me back to when I was a little girl and saw the movie for the first time. It was so entertaining and I loved hearing all the songs I recognized from the movie performed on the stage.
