With the holidays season over, It is time to get serious again about weight loss .  I think I put on about 15 pounds over tha last 2 weeks and I want to make sure I take care of this excess weight before more pounds are piled on.  However, this year, I plan on truing weight loss pills for the first time.

I have done a lot of  research on this and I now feel comfortable enough that with the right information, I can chose and use the best weight loss pills and be confident that they will work with no adverse side effects.  Eating right and exercise is always the best way to go about to lose weight.  However,I do believe that weight loss pills will assist and add that extra motivation to make weight loss goals a little more achievable.

Just like anything else, weight loss takes commitment, dedication and hard work.  Having the weight loss pills is good and will help, but you must realize that this is an aid and not a cure.  I think for weight loss to be effective and long lasting, one must change their entire lifestyle to adopt a healthy diet and excercise plan that includes eating the right and correct amounts of food and resting.  it is this combination that will be long lasting.

My nephew is off to college and he needs a car.  I remember when I went off to college and needed a car.  I needed a reliable car, and I could not afford a brand new car, so my dad took me to the local Honda Dealer where I was able to purchase a used Honda that saw me through college and my first couple of years in the professional world.  Looking back at this, I sujested that my brother do the same with his son, my nephew.
